How We Work
Every boy in our programs moves through the same four stages — each one building on the last.
Identifying boys at risk — of dropout, exploitation or harm — and connecting them to safety and support.
Keeping boys in school with tuition support, learning materials and after-school study groups.
Pairing boys with trained, vetted male role models for one-on-one guidance over several years.
Working with schools, chiefs and government to change the policies that shape a boy's chances.
